On a series of Disney channels, global superstars BIGBANG G-Dragon, Jessi, SHINee Taemin and BTS Jungkook were seen in a single image. Here’s what really happened.

On May 22, the K-pop scene was shocked by the sudden appearance of global K-pop stars on an episode of the Disney Channel series, “The Owl House.”
In particular, when the comedy-horror anime last aired, BIGBANG G-Dragon, Jessi, SHINee Taemin, and BTS Jungkook briefly appeared in the series as anime characters.
The two-second cameo showed a creature pushing Jungkook through his purple hair inside prison-like storage. Taemin appeared in his blonde hair, while the characters of Jessi and G-Dragon showcased their branding images.

Shortly after the show, the storyboard artist introduced the K-pop stars as “Wild Witch Gang (K-pop Royalty Edition)” and explained that she personally selected the artists to represent. K-pop music and its culture.
“I still can’t believe Dana let me off the hook, but I’ll always be grateful. I got to put on some of my favorite artists and represent the music and the culture just a little bit.”

Aside from the characters’ resemblance to the idols, even the smallest details portrayed the idols perfectly, such as the fact that their capes match their fandom colors.
The director/artist also tagged the four idols’ personal accounts and reposted the art using BTS Jungkook’s “Time” and Taemin’s “Move” as background audio as well.
Indeed, what a starry cast!
Meanwhile, K-pop fans reacted positively after hearing the news of the cameo based on the idol characters and said,
“They will always be famous!”
“The artist has really good taste!”
“I didn’t expect this combination but I love it!”
GD, Jessi, Taemin, Jungkook: Current Idol Activities 
On the other hand, 2022 is indeed a year for “K-pop Royalties”, who dominate the music scene with their activities and releases.

Starting with G-Dragon, male idol group BIGBANG finally made their long-awaited comeback on April 5th. Their single, “Still Life,” cemented their status as “Kings of K-pop” once again as the song topped multiple charts inside. and outside Korea.
The song not only ended their four-year hiatus, but also marked the start of their career as a four-member group following Seungri’s departure.

Meanwhile, Jessi, who dominates the entertainment scene as the mainstay of “Sixth Sense,” also ruled the K-pop scene following the release of her digital single, “ZOOM.”
The track, released on April 13, immediately became a huge hit after its dance challenge went viral on TikTok.

In June, BTS, the group to which Jungkook belongs, will finally honor the music industry with a new release, “WE ARE BULLETPROOF”. Anticipation is high as to what kind of music they will show this time after the hits “Dynamite” and “Butter”.

Finally, Taemin, who is currently serving in the military, is expected to be released around November.
On May 25, his group SHINee will celebrate its 14th anniversary.
