PLEASE, PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF WALT DISNEY, READ THIS BEFORE YOU COMPLAIN HERE:
These endless complaints lead to NOTHING. Disney pays little or no heed to it and achieves NO END. We must fight the battle DIRECTLY TO CHAPEK.

WE NEED TO ACT

Only a united front against not ONLY Chapek, but the board, can really, really transform the company and scare it into doing BETTER. I will keep these grandiose and impassioned tirades for as long as we start trying MORE to fight.

We have to fight.

I hope this letter will give you an example of the points we should raise with them:

“Dear Disney Travel UK.

This is just a small follow up to my previous email regarding Disney CEO Bob Chapek.

I have unfortunately heard rumors that once complaints like mine are sent to higher levels of the company, they are reviewed by senior executives but ultimately dismissed. This may be a genuinely worrying sign that Mr. Chapek is doubling down on his profit efforts at the expense of guests and ruthlessly trying to appease shareholders to keep them in power, and that he has a really low opinion of consumers and his own employees.

I believe these rumors were amplified by the actions of Walt Disney relative Abigail who urged guests to boycott the parks in an effort to force Disney executives to rethink business practices such as raising prices , reduced customer benefits, increased food prices. , beverages and merchandise, and even lowering the quality of said products, which many have personally decried as an “affront” to the Walt Disney ethos.

As reluctant as I am to ask you this, but could you please explain *exactly* what happens to complaints like mine, and whether they are deemed viable to escalate to the highest levels of the Walt Disney Company ? I’m really concerned that Disney executives have sworn to go so far as to ignore customer complaints to put the company in a better financial position, and I think the majority of consumers are concerned. I believe that only a thorough explanation of how complaints such as mine are handled at all levels of the company will allow consumers to better understand how concerned we all should be for the future of The Walt Disney Company. .

Cordially,
Matthew Muir »

Once Disney realizes that we are no longer spending our money on THESE SPECIFIC SERVICES, it might work. The wheels could FINALLY start turning among the board that the company needs to change. We have to fight, and we have to IMPROVE OUR GAME against Disney!
