ORLANDO, Fla. (WFLA) – Florida residents who want to experience the magic of Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary can now take advantage of a new ticket offer.
Starting Tuesday, Floridians can purchase new Weekday Magic tickets for Disney. A two-day ticket will cost $ 149 plus tax. Residents can also purchase a three-day ticket for $ 179 plus tax or a four-day ticket for $ 199 plus tax.
Weekday Magic tickets will be valid Monday through Friday only and must be used between January 11th and April 7th, 2022. There are blackout dates from March 14th to 18th.
“With this great ticket offer, you can experience the EARidescent enchantment of the world’s most magical celebration, a unique event filled with fun festivities, shimmering backdrops and more,” Disney said on its website.
Weekday Magic tickets will get you access to one theme park per day. Tickets can be used on consecutive days or non-consecutive days, but keep in mind that park reservations are always required through the Disney Park Pass system.
Tickets can be upgraded to include Genie + service for an additional $ 15. You can also choose to upgrade to a Park Hopper ticket to visit more than one park per day for an additional $ 35 per ticket. A water park and sports activities are also available.
Anyone purchasing Weekday Magic tickets will need to show proof of Florida residency at the park entrance.
Weekday Magic tickets must be used by April 7. According to the Disney website, the price paid for an unused ticket after the expiration date may be applied towards the purchase of a new ticket of equal or greater price.
